1. Welcome and meeting called to order by John Gillett @ 3:15pm.

2. Introduction of new members by John Gillett - Michelle Olthius (parent member)

4. Approval of last meeting minutes - this was done during the last meeting of 2020-21 school year.

5. Community Council Checklist/Responsibilities - Review of the Rules of Order and Procedure by John Gillett.

6. RISE Scores - Mr. Gillett - we don't have official results yet, but we did well.  The State average was a loss of 18% in math, our loss was only 11%.  The State contacted the school to let us know.

7. School Improvement Plan - John Gillett discussed the School Improvement Plan for the 2021-22 school year.

8. Review 2020-21 Trustland Plan for end of year report - Mr. Gillett reviewed last year's Trustland Plan.

9. Review Current 2021-22 School Trustlands Paln by John Gillett - Valene Scott received a couple of grants for the 6th and 7th grade STEM classes, so we may be able to move some of the money allocated for STEM classes to another area.  Review of Trustlands goals for the 2021-22 school year.

10. TSSA Plan Goals (John) - Discussion about the TSSA plan for 2021-22.  Some if the funding goes toward teacher supplies, curriculum, materials, assemblies, programs for student wellness, student council and student recognition.  Supplies for Reality Town and other College and Career awareness activities.  In-service for PCBL for teachers.

11. School Trustlands timelines - Travis Cartright reviewed School Trustlands timelines. 

12. Ideas for 2021-22 Trustlands Plan - Travis Cartright - A suggestion was made to make Math help available for parens.  Mr. Moon mentioned that students could download the app on ConnectEd (school textbook) and there are math tutorials available there. He also reminded the council of the After School Program which is available every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with a bus  that takes students to Manti and Sterling.
