Any student officer who fails to maintain the GVMS polices, or who fails to maintain the specified academic levels, shall be placed on probation,. For academics, the probation shall last through the end of the grading period the problem falls within. (1st, 2nd, 3rd , or 4th quarters)

If the probation is for rule violations, the length of time shall be determined by the student council, and approved by the administration.
