This competition will determine the seeding for the State Competition. At the conclusion of the performances, Academic-All Region and All-Region awards will be given. The Academic All-Region is for any girl who qualified for the Academic All-State nomination (GPA 3.75 or higher). The All-Region award is for 3 girls on your team whom you feel deserve the award. There is no set criteria for this award. It is up to you and your team to choose the three (3) girls.
I also like to recognize those who have received the Academic All-State Award and those who may have been chosen for All-State. These athletes will be recognized, but will receive their actual award at the State Competition.
