There are resources available if you are concerned about yourself or someone else in crisis. Please reach out for help. Many of the following resources are available 24/7. If you have questions, please come visit the counseling center.

Safe UT is an app available for download. The app can accept texts or phone calls 24/7. It has information for tips and for those in crisis.

The lifeline provides 24/7 free and confidential support for people in distress as well as prevention and crisis resources for you and your loved ones. National Prevention Lifeline is 1-800-273-8255. Statewide Crisis Line is 801-587-3000.

The National Alliance on Mental Illness Utah advocates for and supports Utah individuals and families impacted by mental illness. A Mentor help line is available Mon-Fri 9am-4pm at 801-323-9900.
