The National Alliance on Mental Health is a free information hub to
help you find support during a crisis. 
They offer Free Support 24/7 simply by Texting NAMI to 741741

  SafeUT is a 24/7 crisis line that works with calls or texts. The app is
available for download through the iOS App Store or Google Play.
Individuals can also use SafeUT to leave a tip about a friend in crisis
or other concerns involving safety.
Tips are sent to local schools during school hours.

 Crisis Text Line    The Trevor Project

Text from anywhere in the USA to text with a trained Crisis Counselor. 
Every texter is connected with a Crisis Counselor, a real-life human
being trained to bring texters from a hot moment to a cool calm through
active listening and collaborative problem-solving. All of Crisis Text Line's
Crisis Counselors are volunteers donating their time to helping people in crisis.

 

The Trevor Project is the leading national organization providing crisis
intervention and suicide prevention services to lesbian, gay, bisexual,
transgender, queer & questioning youth. They offer free, 
confidential 
support for struggling LGBTQ youth.

CCHC Therapy and Coaching Service     

CCHC Therapy and Coaching Service and Coaching  services for parents, student, families, faculty and staff.  This therapy support is unlimited and allows for one meeting a week for 30 minutes per session.  The therapy can happen for any reason.   Here are some examples, but not limited to:

  • How to parent and help my student because of divorce
  • Staff member going through divorce and needs support
  • Loss of a family member, parent, spouse, student, etc
  • Anxiety
  • Suicidal thoughts, suicide, etc
  • Eating disorders
  • Dispute/conflict
  • Anger
  • Depression
  • Behavior
  • Health or related decline in abilities
  • If the concern is beyond what the therapist is able to provide they will recommend help beyond what they can provide
  • Etc
