Make the Introduction
If someone joins your conversation, introduce them to the others in the group. This helps everyone feel included and expands the circle.Be Trustworthy
If someone tells you something in confidence, keep their secret unless you are worried about their safety or someone else's! Then share it with a trusted adult.Don’t Whisper
Whispering in front of others can be hurtful. If you can’t say it in front of everyone, find a more appropriate place and time to have the private conversation.Say Thank you
Vocalize your appreciation. Don't make people guess whether you appreciate them or not. Make it a habit.Focus on Being Present
If you are in a room with others they take priority over whatever else is happening. Put your phone away and actually listen to the person speaking to you.
